Victoria Bitter
It’s Sunday here in Tonga and just like last week, once again I find myself in a Chinese restaurant so I can get my drink of the day. But it’s Saturday you say? Yeah, we’re a day ahead here in Tonga so everyone is in church and everything is shut down except for the Chinese restaurants… Last week I had a Tonga beer (that’s brewed in New Zealand,) this time we’ve headed a bit further West for an Australian beer brewed in Victoria… hence the name Victorian Bitter.. makes sense…
