Serrano Pineapple
Pulled another crazy drink off the menu at some restaurant… couldn’t remember what the waiter had said about all the ingredients so I pulled the recipe off the inter-web for ya…
Serrano Pineapple drink recipe:
- Fresh Pineapple
- Serrano Pepper
- Cilantro
- 1.5 oz Tequila Blanca
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz lime juice
Drink Tip: The recipe I found also said something about adding “1 drop of orange blossom water”… I don’t know about that.. sounds made-up to me like unicorn tears or something! But hey, what do I know….
