Cypritini Fizz

Yesterday was good… today we’re back to some of the more “creative” and not-so-good drinks that I’ve had to mix up for the drink of the day this week.  I’ve got a couple more days here in Tonga and then we should be able to get back to some better drinks…

Cypritini Fizz

• Vodka
• Cyprina (mango, orange and apple juice)
• Cream Soda (the fizz)

Drink Tip: Not good… not good at all…

Mango Cypritini

OK, getting really creative with this one… I’m up on the island of Vava’u now and staying with a Tongan family for the next few days so my resources are limited but I found some fruit juice to mix with vodka I brought with me for the drink of the day.

Mango Cypritini ingredients:

• Vodka
• Mango Cyprina (mango, apple & orange juice)

Drink Tip: Don’t do it unless you have to… vodka was a poor choice for a mixer with this juice…
